| Q. I forgot to download
my products after paying. You can access your order for 7 days after purchase. Here is what to do. 1. Go to the Under5s Download Centre. 2. Click on the Order Enquiry button. 3. Enter your cart id:- e.g. under5s-2333-7888827778 IMPORTANT: Make sure you enter the number in full including the word 'under5s' TIP: The easiest way to do this is to copy and paste the number from your order confirmation email 4. Then enter the email address you used when you placed your order. 5. You will now be able to see your order 6. Click on the links next to the product items to download them. |

have downloaded the file but I cannot open it All of our files are zipped to help speed up the download process, you will need to unzip the downloaded file before you can access the content. To do this you need Winzip or PKZip or other file zipping software. You can download a free evaluation copy of Winzip from the Winzip website. http://www.winzip.com/ |

have unzipped the file but I cannot read the content. Our files are either Microsoft Word files (these are the files with the extension .doc) or Adobe Portable Document Format (these are the files with the extension .pdf) To read and amend .doc files you need Microsoft Word or a compatible word processing application e.g. OpenOffice Writer (you can obtain this software free of charge from http://www.openoffice.org). If you only want to view a .doc file you can download Microsoft Word Viewer free of charge from the Microsoft website http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/ To read .pdf files you need Adobe Acrobat Reader, this available free of charge from the Adobe website http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html |
