demand we are bringing back our original examples of planning, starting
with Homes. This planning was developed prior to the publication
of the revised Foundation Stage guidance which introduced the concept of
Stepping Stones.
Although it has been
superceded it is a useful source of ideas.
Each curriculum plan
covers the six learning areas for a topic, on a day by day basis for one
complete week. Activities complete with desired early learning goals are
suggested. The role of the supervising adult is also specified along with
the resources required.
All of the planning
posted here is FREE
and you can adapt and develop the plans to suit the needs and requirements
of your setting. For example by adding how staff are to be deployed, and
the children grouped, for the activities.
Each day's planning
has been saved as an individual HTML file. This means that you can read
them and print them from within your web browser. |
